By using Job2go website at https://Job2go.co/ (our website, website) and using our Application “Job2go: Find Jobs and Hire Staff in Denmark” (our App, App, our Application, Application), you agree to our collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

 

1 USE OF INFORMATION

  • personalize our Application for you
  • enable your use of the services available on our App
  • keep our App secure and prevent fraud
  • verify compliance with the terms and conditions governing the use of our App

party for the purpose of their or any other third party’s direct marketing.

 

1.3. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with

respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on

7.2. We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should
check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of our App after we post any modifications to the
Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and

Job2go (“service”, “we,” and “us”) respects the privacy of its users (“you”, “Candidate”, “Employer”) and has developed this Privacy Policy to demonstrate its commitment to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how that information may be used, with whom it may be shared, and your choices about such uses and disclosures. We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully when using our Application. By using our Application, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

8.1.Information we collect about you

 

We collect and use your Personal Information in accordance with this our Privacy Policy. The majority of the Personal Information you provide to us freely when you fill your profile.

“Personal Information” is information that identifies you as an individual or a company such as:

  • your name/company name;
  • photograph;
  • date of birth;
  • email address;
  • geolocation;
  • educational background;
  • employment history;

We use technologies to collect information about user activities in depersonalized form in order to improve our services, user experience and prevent Application bugs.

 

8.2. With whom we share your Personal Information

 

Our purpose is to help you search for and get a job/candidate, so we share a part of the information from your profile with the other users of Job2go.

Employers will be able to view information a Candidate has provided to us directly, such as photo, the first and last name, age, personal description, educational background and employment history. When Candidates apply for a job position, the information is used by Employers in connection with considering and acting upon Application.

Candidates will be able to view information from Employers profile such as a company name, logo, job description, representative, geolocation and proposed salary.

Employers and Candidates don’t have access to email addresses and geolocation of each other and can communicate only via Job2go messenger.

We don’t share your Personal Information with third parties such as recruiters and other intermediaries and agents and other business partners.

Job2go may process your data to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations eg preventing, investigating and detecting crime, fraud or anti-social behavior and prosecuting offenders, including working with law enforcement agencies.

By using the App, you are authorizing us to share your Personal Information with other users of Job2go.

 

8.3. How we use the information we collect

 

We use Personal Information to do some or all of the following:

  • help you find the most suitable candidates/jobs;
  • communicate with you as part of our business;
  • send you important information regarding changes to our policies, other terms and conditions, the Job2go Website and App and other administrative information;
  • use information for marketing products and services, including such types of marketing activities as newsletters and/or marketing emails relating to our App. You may unsubscribe of any electronic marketing communication sent to you, or you may opt out by contacting us.

Using Job2go, you consent to:

  • process your personal as permitted by applicable privacy laws
  • share your personal data (except email & geo-location) for the purpose of the service goal

8.4. How you can access and correct your information

 

If you have a profile at Job2go, you have the ability to review and update your personal information within the Service by opening your account and going to settings. Any corrections made to personal information will be promptly accepted.

You can delete your account at any time – in this case, your Personal Information will be removed from our database.

You can get a copy of your personal data. To do that, please contact us.

 

8.5. How we protect your personal information

 

We take security measures to help safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure.

Our security measures include:

  • review our information collection, storage and processing practices, including physical security measures;
  • restrict access to personal access to personal information to Job2go employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to process it for us and who are subject to contractual confidentiality and processing obligations. They may be disciplined or their contract terminated if they fail to meet these obligations, and internal policies setting out our data security approach and training for employees.

 

8.6. How long we store your personal data

 

We store your personal data while you use the service. If you don’t use the service for 12 months, your account and personal data will be deleted from our databases.

 

9 Platform Rules

The following Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy constitute the binding legal agreement between Job2go ( “us”, “we,” or “Job2go”) and you (“you” or the “User”) governing all use of the Job2go job search app (“App” or the “Platform”).

 

9.1.Job2go provides the Platform as a marketplace job search mobile application intended for any individual or entity that uses the App as either:

    • an entity that is accessing a Platform to post a job and seek candidates for employment opening (“Employer”);
    • an individual in search for employment openings (“Job Seeker”).

 

9.2.You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes of self-employment or employment of candidates for your own needs within the stated context of Job2go intended and acceptable use of the App.

 

9.3.The profiles of Users contained in Job2go search results are created by people over whom Job2go exercises no control. We cannot guarantee that Users are who they claim to be. We do not confirm the accuracy or completeness or any Job Listing or other information submitted by any User, including the identity of such User. Job2go assumes no responsibility and disclaims all liability for the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or availability of any Job Listing or other data and/or information available in the App.

 

9.4.If you are a Job Seeker you acknowledge and agree that:

      • you provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration form (including your email address) and be responsible for the confidentiality and use of your username and password and not transfer or resell your use of or access to the App to any third party;
      • any resume, information, date, images, photo, materials or application information (“Profile”) that you post, display, submit or otherwise make available through the Platform is subject to this Agreement;
      • you acknowledge the accuracy and completeness of all information provided during the registration process and completing your Profile, and you warrant and represent that all information provided to us and on your Profile is accurate, complete and not misleading and remains so;
      • each Employer is responsible for any position or offer listed on the Platform (“Job Listing”) and Job2go does not guarantee the validity of any Job Listing and Job Seekers should verify the validity of any Job Listing before taking any action affecting their current employment situations;
      • Job2go does not have any obligation to screen any Job Listing, and may exclude or remove any Job Listing from the Platform for any or no reason;
      • Job2go assumes no responsibility, and disclaims all liability for the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or availability of any Job Listing or information included in Job2go search results;
      • you must use your Job2go account to keep it active and unless you use the Account at least once a year we retain the right to close your account and terminate your access to the Platform;
      • If your Job2go account is closed (whether by you or us) your right to use the App stops immediately and we will delete your Content associated with your Job2go account.

 

9.5.If you are an Employer, you acknowledge and agree that:

        • you provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration form (including your email address) and be responsible for the confidentiality and use of your username and password and not transfer or resell your use of or access to the Service to any third party;
        • Job2go and Job Seekers on the Platform rely on the accuracy and completeness of all information provided during the registration process and completing each Job Listing and updated on the Platform, and you warrant and represent that all information provided to us and on your Job Listing is accurate, complete and not misleading and remains so;
        • we have no control for the content of the Profiles and Job2go does not have any obligation to screen any Profiles, and may exclude or remove any Profile from the Platform for any or no reason;
        • Job2go assumes no responsibility, and disclaims all liability, for the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or availability of any Job Seeker that is included in Job2go search results;
        • Job2go reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access and use at any time if we determine that you are in breach of this Agreement;
        • you must use your Job2go account to keep it active and unless you use the Account at least once a year we retain the right to close your account and terminate your access to the App;
        • If your Job2goaccount is closed (whether by you or us) your right to use the App stops immediately and we will delete your Content associated with your Job2goaccount.

 

9.6.Users must not post information that is unlawful, fraudulent, discriminatory, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or that contains sexual, ethnic or racial or other discriminating slurs, or material which contains no relevant or constructive content, which goes beyond profanity into obscenity or abhorrence, or which is otherwise in violation of the law.

 

9.7.User Content may not contain any advertisements, solicitations, chain letters, pyramid schemes, investment opportunities, or other unsolicited commercial communication, or encourage or cause spamming.

 

9.8.Job2go may monitor User Content posted on the App and reserves the right to delete any User Content which violates the above rules, and any other User Content that Job2go deems in its sole discretion is inappropriate. If you believe a message violates our policies, please contact Job2go immediately so that we can consider its editing or removal.

 

9.9.You may only use the Platform for the permitted purposes and in accordance with applicable law and you are prohibited from storing, distributing, or transmitting any unlawful material through the app, otherwise, you may be exposed to criminal and/or civil liability. You agree that if we have a third-party claim that User Content you have contributed is unlawful, you will bear the burden of establishing that it is lawful.

 

9.10.Job2go reserves the right to use different of methods to detect and address inappropriate activity and screen content to assure compliance with these terms. These efforts may result in a termination of the Platform usage for some users.
